Our products are a series of Gastronorm trays, pans, racks and baskets, specially designed to meet the extreme thermal conditions inside a combi oven, so chefs are more productive, flexible and creative when cooking.

立廚股份有限公司（Gourmet Kitchen Co., Ltd.）是勝立工業股份有限公司（Sun-Li Industrial Co., Ltd.）旗下的公司。勝立工業成立於 1971 年，是一家專業的不沾表面處理工廠與鍋具製造商，也是台灣第一家不沾表面處理製造廠，累積逾 50 年的製造經驗，並與臺灣工業技術研究院技術合作開發 NexFX®3000 塗層。
Gourmet Kitchen Co., Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Sun-Li Industrial Co., Ltd. The parent company was established in 1971 as a professional non-stick process factory and cookware manufacturer — Taiwan's first non-stick surface-process manufacturer — and brings more than 50 years of manufacturing experience to the group, including a technical collaboration with Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) on the NexFX®3000 coating.
